Biceps curls using resistance band: Step on Resistance band with equal length on each side and curl arms towards shoulders. make sure you are breathing out as you curl towards you. (Variation you can use a pole or you can also use dumbells as well)

Alternating dumbbell bicep curls with twist: This time we are doing the same curling motion, but one arm at a time. As you bring the dumbbell up twist your forearm horizontally, this will work more of the inner bicep.

Hammer Curls: Bring the dumbbell to the opposite shoulder. This exercise will work the top of the bicep.
