Description: Each session is 1 hour with 10 minutes of warmup, 40 minutes of exercise, and 10 minutes of cooldown. Sessions can be done in person or virtually.
If you order multiple sessions, you can save more per session than getting them individually!
We also offer group training sessions for 2-3 people!
Session Reschedule Policy: There must be at least a 24 hour notice if you cannot do a session so we can reschedule it. The only exception will be if an emergency situation that occurs.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: There will be no refunds issued for multiple missed sessions. If you purchase a multiple session/group session package, and wish to cancel, you must do it by the halfway point of a purchased package in order to get issued a partial refund. For example, if you purchased 4 sessions you must cancel by the 2nd session in order to get a partial refund. If you do not cancel by the halfway point of a purchased package, no refund will be issued.
