All consultations are free! What will occur during a 30 minute consultation is we will talk about current and past physical activity, possible obstacles, and how we can overcome them. Please complete the Physical Readiness Questionnaire (which will give the consultation a baseline so we can see where you are currently and how to move forward). If you want a consultation for a group training session, please email me so I can send out the Par-Q forms seperately and each person can complete them individually. After the Par-Q form is completed you will be redirected to schedule your consultation!
